The transfer case selector switch that allows you to select the terrain suddenly went dark on our 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. The steering would bind on low speed turns. It would additionally throw codes U010200 and turn on the traction control light on the dash as well as throwing 'Service Adaptive Cruise Control' and 'Service Air Suspension'.
All those codes are related to the Transfer Case Control Module when it fails and cannot communicate with the other components of the car on the CAN bus.
We used a generic 68395074AA Transfer Case Control Module Compatible with 2014-2015 Dodge Durango/Grand Cherokee 2014-2015 with 2 Speed that replaces the original part# 05150732AE: https://amzn.to/4rWZFOM
Those modules don't need reprogramming and are plug-and-play replacements.

Most starter diagnosis and replacement videos are for the 3.6l v6 engine and we couldn't find any information on how to do the job for the Hermi 5.7l v8!
So here is our 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee no start issue diagnosis to help you diagnose first if the issue is with the starter and then a step by step guide on how to replace the starter from disconnecting the battery, to removing the undertrays, transmission cradle and driveshaft to get access to the starter.
